UPGRADE SHIPPING
One can upgrade domestic shipping to express post or upgrade international shipping with tracking or expedite delivery. Upgrade shipping prices are in addition to normal shipping costs. Any over charge will be refunded. Upgrade shipping can be purchased see below or contact me for pricing. 
 
WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SENT?
Shipment will occur within 5 working days from receipt of funds. I will email you the day the package ships. 
  
HOW LONG DOES THE ITEM TAKE TO DELIVER?
Nationally, Australia Post priority shipping is used. Usually it takes a few days to a week for items to be delivered, and longer during peak periods (for example, Christmas).

International shipping done through general post via standard airmail. It usually takes 2 weeks for delivery, and longer during peak periods (for example, Christmas). Unfortunately there may at times be a lag in the postal service due to customs, and though it usually takes 2 weeks for overseas delivery this does differ between countries and it can on rare occasions take up to 4- 6 weeks from the day of posting in some countries. Under these circumstances hold tight for 6 weeks. Contact me after the 6 weeks and we'll work something out. The store does not take responsibility for hold ups in customs.
 
REQUIRE YOUR ITEM BY A CERTAIN DATE
Please contact me if you require your item by a certain date to ensure it will be received in time.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct mailing address and not of the store. Providing an incorrect address can result in the parcel not being delivered or large delays for delivery. If an item is sent back to the store due to incorrect address, the customer will be contacted via email immediately. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for new postage charges, otherwise a 10% restocking fee will be incurred.
   
CUSTOMS DUTY & OTHER TAXES
Any international customs duty or other taxes is the responsibility of the customer.
