Refunds & Returns

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact me within 5 business days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned items are to be shipped within 5 business days of receipt, in its original condition and original packaging. Within 5 business days of receipt of item, it will be inspected and you will be notified via emailed of its receipt and if the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, a refund will be issued on the purchase price of the item (without shipping costs) and will incur a 10% restocking fee. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days of receipt of returned product.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Custom Made / Special Orders & Sale / Discounted Items
No refunds available on custom made orders and special orders. No refunds on discounted or sale items.

Damaged Item
Although very unlikely, if your item is damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately. I will work with you to come up with a solution on a case by case basis.

Incorrect Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct mailing address and not of the store. Providing an incorrect address can result in the parcel not being delivered or large delays for delivery. If an item is sent back to the store due to incorrect address, the customer will be contacted via email immediately. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for new postage charges, otherwise a 10% restocking fee will be incurred.
